Ingredients :

For blue/purple layer:
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
1/8 cup nonfat milk or almond milk
½ tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
For green layer:
¼ ripe avocado, peeled, pitted, chopped
½ cup fresh baby spinach
½ banana, sliced, frozen
For dark pink/purple layer:
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen pitted cherries
1/8 cup nonfat milk or almond milk
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
For yellow layer:
2/3 cup frozen mango
2 inches banana
2 tablespoons nonfat milk or almond milk
For pink layer:
½ cup frozen raspberries
1/8 cup nonfat milk or almond milk
1 tablespoon hemp hearts
Optional toppings: Use any
Kiwi slices
Blueberries
Cherries
Strawberry slices
Peach slices
Light whipped topping
Sprinkles etc.

Directions :

1. For the blue layer, blend blueberries, milk, and almond butter in a blender until smooth and thick.
2. Pour the smoothie into a glass. Place the glass in the freezer. Clean the blender.
3. For the dark pink/purple layer: Blend together strawberries, cherries, vanilla, and milk in a blender until smooth and thick. Pour it gently over the blue layer.
4. Place the glass in the freezer. Clean the blender.
5. For the green layer, blend avocado, spinach, and banana in a blender until smooth and thick. Pour it gently over the dark pink/purple layer.
6. Place the glass in the freezer. Clean the blender.
7. For the yellow layer, blend mango, banana, and milk together in a blender until smooth and thick. Pour the smoothie gently over the green layer. Place the glass in the freezer. Clean the blender.
8. For the pink layer, blend raspberries, milk, and hemp hearts in a blender. Blend for 30-40 seconds or until smooth and thick.
9. Pour the smoothie gently over the yellow layer. Place the glass in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
10. Top with the optional serving options and serve.
