Ingredients :

1/2 cup of Blueberries
3/4 cup of Teff Flour
3/4 cup of Spelt Flour
1/3 cup of Agave Syrup
1/2 teaspoon of Pure Sea Salt
1 cup of Coconut Milk
1/4 cup of Sea Moss Gel (optional, check information)
Grape Seed Oil

Directions :

1. Preheat your oven to 365 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Grease or line 6 standard muffin cups.
3. Add Teff, Spelt flour, Pure Sea Salt, Coconut Milk, Sea Moss Gel, and Agave Syrup to a large bowl. Mix
them together.
4. Add Blueberries to the mixture and mix well.
5. Divide muffin batter among the 6 muffin cups.
6. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
7. Serve and enjoy your Blueberry Muffins!
