My name is Gayatri Dandekar and I am an Accelerated Learning Skills Coach at Neoway Academy Bangalore. We are a training and Coaching institute that over the last eight years has specialized in NLP(Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Accelerated Learning skills. Certification
Upon completion of the program, each participant would be required to do case studies after which there would be an assessment and evaluation, and on successful completion, the coach will be certified as a Neoway Accelerated Learning Skills Coach.

Program Facilitators

MONICA THIMMAJI is a Performance Coach, a Certified NLP Practitioner. and the Co-Founder of Neoway Academy.
Monica is personally trained and tutored by NLP Master Trainer and best selling author Owen Fitzpatrick.
Monica loves working with children and not just enabling them to develop their learning skills, she assists them in make learning a joy thus helping them
develop their confidence and self esteem.
Apart from working with children, Monica assists and empowers homemakers and individuals in creating and living their lives powerfully.
Monica integrates NLP, EFT and Brain Gym while working with children helping them develop their brain efficiency and skills.
Monica is best known for her gentle, caring and creative approach while working with children and individuals.


ASHLESH RAO is a Certified NLP Trainer, Master Practitioner and Sports & Performance Specialist.
He has been trained personally by NLP Master Trainer Owen Fitzpatrick, Dr. Richard McHugh, Dr. William Horton, HAL Management Academy and was part of Tony Robbins FIRE WALK SEMINAR.
Ashlesh works with individuals, children, professionals, homemakers and sportspersons at the State, National and International level in producing breakthrough results.
Apart from coaching individuals and organizations, Ashlesh also leads innovative, fun, creative workshops for teachers, managers, children and groups, assisting people discover what they truly want, moving to the next level and being happy.
Since 2002, Ashlesh has been conducting NLP programs enabling one to fulfill their potential .
