i seriously hate studin sst pl. tel me sme method to study n develop interest in this subject. which guide or reffernce book to use to make it easy.plzzzzzzzzz give sme :idea:

Jph Guide.
C.P. Digest but not so good.

My advice is study social like a story.
Just study the concept and write the answer in ur one words.

As for guides the guides which hummer sugested r good.
But JPH is not that good.
Use TOGETHER WITH SOCIAL SCIENCES the latest edition.

stop studying sst. it has no use whatsoever. :mrgreen: Be happy!

There are simple equations for scoring:
work(100)=Marks(100) and work(99) = Marks(98) and work(98) = marks(96)
then,
work(50) = 0 and
prosperity comes only through work. Never do 1/2 the total work.

There are 27 chapters to study. Take (say) 5hrs for each chapter on average.
So it will take about 150 hrs to study.
150 hrs means 1 month to study(if you study 5 hrs everyday)(that is why they say to pay attention in class... it greatly affects the time you require for study)
keep this in mind. be happy that dm is out of the syllabus!!
If each chapter takes more time than this for you: then you will know how much to study each day.

according to me evergreen is the best .It copies all lines from the book . But together with, has many questions that is out of course .
