change of board (From state board to CBSE)

I have recently given the board exam of class 10 under west bengal board of secondary education.I want to change to CBSE board.Please reply if the change of board will be an ideal one or whether it matters.

Central Board of Secondary Education is a well recognised board. Syllabus of CBSE for class 11th and 12th is quite different from state boards but it doesn't matter if you switch over to CBSE as the syllabus of the CBSE is helpful to get prepare for AIEEE ,IITJEE and other competitive exams.
